We are a product-based software company seeking a professional who can take ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding and software implementation to technical coordination, client training, issue resolution, and long-term customer retention.

problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Ability to independently manage customer relationships and coordinate with technical teams.• Experie nce with educational or enterprise software is an added advantage.
