Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts

Week-offs: 2 rotational offs

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for a voice process. In this role, you will support customers over calls, resolve their queries, and recommend relevant products or services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales.





Eligibility

- HSC or Graduate.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
- Age up to 39 years.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational offs.

Transport boundary CST, Mira Road, Kalyan, and Kharghar.
