GSR Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing freight brokerage team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, carriers, and internal dispatch teams to ensure freight shipments are picked up and delivered on time.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced trucking and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers, trucking companies, and drivers regarding shipment updates.
- Track and trace loads to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and carriers to resolve transportation issues.
- Handle delays, missed appointments, and other shipment-related problems.
- Maintain accurate load information and update transportation management systems (TMS).
- Respond professionally to customer emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with drivers and carriers for shipment updates and delivery confirmations.
- Assist with obtaining proof of delivery (POD) and other required paperwork.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in trucking, freight brokerage, logistics,



or transportation is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer calls, emails, and shipment-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with TMS software, load tracking, and appointment scheduling is a plus.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with a U.S.-based trucking company or freight brokerage.
- Knowledge of reefer and dry van freight operations.
- Understanding of pickup and delivery appointments, detention, layovers, and freight tracking.
- Experience using tracking platforms such as MacroPoint.
- Familiarity with customer service and carrier communication in the U.S. transportation industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
