Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat or email, depending on the Internationalprocess.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Update customer details in the system and follow process guidelines.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when required.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, as required.
- Willing to work from the designated office location.
