Key Responsibilities

- Handle franchise enquiries, explain franchise models, investment details, and company procedures to prospective franchisees.

- Follow up with potential franchise partners and coordinate meetings with management.

- Collect, verify, and maintain franchise application forms, KYC documents, agreements, and other required records.

- Coordinate franchise onboarding, agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and outlet opening activities.

- Act as the primary communication link between franchise owners and the corporate office.

- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Marketing, Procurement, and IT teams to resolve franchise-related requirements.

- Track outlet opening progress, pending approvals, documentation, and other franchise commitments.

- Maintain an updated franchise database, enquiry tracker, agreement records, and outlet status reports.

- Follow up on franchise fee payments, monthly royalty submissions, and other pending franchise-related matters in coordination with Accounts.

- Record franchise complaints and requests,



coordinate with the concerned departments, and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare regular reports on new enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, pending documentation, and franchise outlet status.

- Ensure all franchise communications and commitments are properly documented and approved by the authorized management.

Requirements

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and documentation.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Previous experience in franchise coordination, sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
