Job Details

- Process: 50% Chat + 50% Calls
- Languages: Excellent Hindi & English only ( No other language required)
- English and Hindi communication should be excellent

- Qualification: Graduates
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift: 247 rotational shifts including night shifts
- Shift Duration: 9 hours (8 hours working + 1 hour break)

Salary Details

- Freshers: 21,500 CTC
- Experienced: 23,500 CTC

Eligibility Criteria

- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 8 months of experience with proper documents





- Own laptop with i5 processor - windows 8

- 8G B Ram

- WiFi - 30 mbps

- power backup

- usb headset

- Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is required

AGE- 18 yrs to 32 years only

- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Interview Process

- 2 rounds of interviews, 1 round of system cheack

- Minimum Versant score: 5
