Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound voice calls to address client needs and provide timely information.
- Analyze customer inquiries to identify root causes and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Build and sustain positive rapport with clients through active listening and clear verbal communication.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log interactions and track issue status.




- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve escalated matters that require specialized attention.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all communications.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year of proven experience in a customer service or voice process environment.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and related tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting customer issues.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and qualified speaking style.
- Demonstrated capability in active listening to fully understand customer concerns.
- Proven track record of successfully resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Salary range: ₹1-2 LPA.
