Excellent English communication is required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat from international clients.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain solid relationships with international customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
- Handle product information, pricing, and order-related queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
