We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for TCS International Voice Process (US Banking & Cards).

Job Details

- Company: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
- Position: Customer Service Associate
- Process: International Voice Banking & Cards (US Process)
- Job Location: Goregaon / Malad, Mumbai
- Salary: Up to 5.8 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days per week; weekends as required

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates:

- Minimum 1 year to maximum 12 years of BPO Voice experience.

HSC / 12th Pass:

- Minimum 18 months to maximum 10 years of BPO Voice experience.

Note: Freshers are not eligible for this prospect.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns related to banking and card services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT and Customer Experience targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Implement feedback and process updates.




- Maintain professionalism during customer interactions.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- International Voice Process experience preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.

- BPOZ: HSC / Undergraduate with 1824 months of relevant experience Direct OPS Round.
