Role Summary The Customer Relation Officer (CRO) / Front Office Executive is responsible for handling reception, patient coordination, appointments, calls, billing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors professionally
- Register new patients and maintain records
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Guide patients to doctors/consultation rooms
- Follow up with existing patients for reviews/treatments
- Manage billing, payments, receipts, and reports
- Resolve patient queries and complaints politely
- Support clinic staff with daily operations

Required Skills
- Good communication in English + local language




- Customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Pleasant personality and grooming
- Multitasking ability
- Patience and problem-solving attitude

- Any Degree / Intermediate / 12th Pass (vari
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Experience
- Receptionist / Front Office / Customer Service / Clinic experience
