REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication & customer handling

CRM / Google Sheets / MS Excel knowledge

Solid follow-up & coordination skills

Problem-solving & time management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage customer & lead database
- Handle customer queries & follow-ups
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Update CRM and track lead status
- Generate & follow up with new leads
- Identify business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships
- Convert prospects into customers
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Eligibility: Graduate in any field

CRM experience preferred
