Manage customer & lead database

Update CRM, Google Sheets & Excel

Track leads and customer interactions

Coordinate with Sales & Internal Teams

Maintain customer relationships & prepare reports

Requirements

Excellent communication & customer handling

Solid follow-up & coordination skills

CRM / Google Sheets / MS Excel knowledge

Problem-solving & time-management skills
