Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior CRM who can manage customer communication, order coordination, dispatch follow-ups, and after-sales support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from confirmation to successful delivery.
- Handle customer complaints, and issue resolution professionally.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer data, order history, and follow-up reports in Excel/ERP.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups in coordination with the Accounts team.




- Build long-term relationships with key customers through proactive communication.
- Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management.

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of CRM, Customer Support, Order Coordination, or Back Office experience in a manufacturing company (Textile/Elastic Tape experience preferred).
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
