Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Real Estate

:

- Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.

- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and documentation.

- Coordinate with the sales and legal teams to resolve customer issues.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely support.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Experience in real estate CRM is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
