Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with experience in client handling, customer coordination, and follow-ups. Candidates with experience in the PEB, steel structure, or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, projects, design, and production teams.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Support the sales team in lead tracking and customer communication.




- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and pending enquiries.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in the PEB or steel structure industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
