We’re Hiring: Customer Relationship Intern

Location: Noida, Sector 62 | On-site

Stipend : 15k-30k per month | Type: Internship

Newral is looking for a people-oriented and organized intern to manage creator relationships, improve retention, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to grow engagement and platform activity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators on the platform.
2. Respond to creator queries, understand their challenges, and coordinate issue resolution.
3. Monitor creator activity, including video uploads, content consistency, and engagement.
4. Identify inactive creators and develop strategies to improve retention.
5. Track creator activity, satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.

Maintain creator records, activity reports, and performance dashboards. Who Should Apply?

8. Interest in creator communities, customer success, and relationship management.
