We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, generate leads, and convert interested customers into potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about company services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Solid client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and meet targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be comfortable with calling and client interaction.

Working Details
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Environment: Office-based; no fieldwork.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
