Customer Experience Intern – CARS24 Australia

At CARS24, we're looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, proactive, and passionate about solving problems. As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer journeys, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

This isn't just a customer support role. You'll get hands-on exposure to business operations, customer interactions, process improvement, and data-driven problem-solving.

What will you drive?

- Support day-to-day customer experience operations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement, to resolve customer issues.
- Track customer complaints, escalations, and service requests while ensuring adherence to SLAs and turnaround times.
- Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, trackers, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.




- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support the creation and improvement of SOPs, customer communication templates, and escalation processes.
- Explore AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.
- Take ownership of assigned customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

Who are we looking for?

- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Customer Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work from the Gurgaon office and support Australia-aligned business operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
