CX Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Role Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage customer data, support the

CRM team, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer information in CRM.

Work on Excel reports and CRM data.

Support the Senior CRM Manager in achieving customer retention targets and

KPIs.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for regular updates.

Organize quarterly customer connects and marketing invitations.

Coordinate with Operations and Product teams on ongoing requirements.

Maintain accurate, organized, and updated CRM records.

Learn and develop sales and customer relationship skills.

Stay updated with new information and processes.

Skills Required

Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Organized and comfortable working with data.

Bright, proactive and willing to learn.
