Airbest Services LLP is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and career-driven Customer Critical Support Executive to join our Operations Department at Kadavanthara, Kochi.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers with the required educational qualifications, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in logistics and operational support. The selected candidate will assist with shipment monitoring, delivery coordination, operational follow-ups, and the timely resolution of critical shipment-related issues.

Candidates should demonstrate good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and computer-handling skills, along with a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor shipment tracking updates and identify critical delays or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams, customer service teams, and delivery partners.
- Follow up on pending shipments and escalated delivery cases.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and operational updates.
- Communicate professionally with relevant teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Support daily logistics operations and complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Logistics or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers who meet the educational requirements are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in computer-based tasks.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to work in assigned day or night shifts.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates from Kerala's Malabar region, particularly Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, and Malappuram, will be given preference.
