Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

- Follow up with current leads, walk-in customers, and prospective bike buyers.

- Contact customers after vehicle delivery to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.

- Explain showroom offers, vehicle details, finance options, and ongoing promotions.

- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.

- Remind customers about vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and other relevant services.

- Coordinate with sales executives to track leads and improve conversion rates.

- Ensure timely follow-up on missed calls, online inquiries, and customer requests.

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain good customer relationships.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

- Automobile Experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
