Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Automobile Sales Executive / CRE with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in car or two-wheeler sales. The candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying journey, explaining product specifications, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Greet showroom walk-ins and handle phone/online inquiries regarding vehicle models, pricing, and features.
- Demos & Test Drives: Present vehicles professionally and accompany prospective buyers on test drives.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups:



Proactively follow up on digital and walk-in leads through the CRM database to convert prospects into buyers.
- Deal Closure & Handover: Complete sales paperwork, coordinate with the stock/finance department, and manage seamless vehicle handovers to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Key Requirements

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales track record in an automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler preferred).
- Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
