What You Will Do

- Handle inbound calls to provide top-notch customer support.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions.

- Education:



Graduation is mandatory (10+2+3).
- Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers are welcome!).
- Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English, Tamil, & Hindi.
- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and time management
