Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage. 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client coordination, or customer support.
Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industries will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, patient, proactive, and highly organized , with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple customer requirements while ensuring proper follow-up and timely closure.
