Job Summary

Sri Comforts Air Products and Services is looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to manage customer receivables, ensure timely payment collections, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain healthy cash flow. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of credit management, accounts receivable, customer reconciliation, and B2B collection processes.

Experience in HVAC, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project-based industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer outstanding balances, receivables ageing, and overdue payments.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to recover overdue amounts.
- Prepare daily collection reports and weekly/monthly outstanding reports.
- Manage customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Billing, and Accounts teams to expedite collections.
- Track project payments, RA bills, retention money, and milestone-based receivables.
- Review customer credit limits and recommend credit terms based on payment history.
- Ensure credit is extended only with proper management approval.
- Identify high-risk customers and escalate long-pending receivables.




- Forecast expected collections and support working capital management.
- Maintain accurate records of collection commitments, disputes, and customer communications.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or payment collections.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST documentation, TDS deductions, and customer reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
- Experience handling B2B customers and high-value project receivables is preferred.

- Achieve monthly payment collection targets.

- Minimize bad debts and unauthorized credit exposure.

Reporting To Chief Executive Officer.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
