Role Description The Credit Assistant will support the credit and finance team in evaluating loan applications, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing customer documentation, assisting with credit risk assessments, tracking repayment status, and coordinating with internal teams on debt collection activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports on credit performance, and supporting prompt resolution of customer queries related to loans and repayments.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Hauz Khas, requiring regular collaboration with team members and alignment with Tap4Loan’s customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of credit processes, including Credit Control and Credit Management.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing financial information and assessing creditworthiness.
- Experience or familiarity with Debt Collection practices and account follow-up.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and financial products, especially personal loans.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work with data and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Hauz Khas and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in lending, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
