About the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Content Producer who can capture, create and communicate the Mahaya story.

This isn’t a conventional desk-based graphic design job.

One day, you might be designing a product campaign. The next, you could be accompanying Mahaya team members on a field visit, filming a production process, documenting a community initiative or capturing moments from an important meeting.

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for detail, a flair for storytelling and the curiosity to explore new creative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

- Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, banners and promotional campaigns.
- Produce Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product showcases and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create product visuals, packaging adaptations, brochures, presentations and other brand materials.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video editing and content production.
- Develop original visual concepts aligned with Mahaya’s brand identity.

Photography, Videography & Field Documentation





- Accompany Mahaya team members on field visits, site inspections, partner meetings, events and project activities.
- Travel to farms, villages, production facilities and project locations to document Mahaya’s initiatives.
- Capture high-quality photographs, videos, interviews and candid moments.
- Record manufacturing processes, demonstrations, community interactions and project milestones.
- Identify interesting stories and opportunities for content during field visits.
- Independently plan, shoot and edit content for digital platforms.
- Maintain an organised archive of photographs, videos and other media assets.

Brand Storytelling & Communication

- Turn real-world experiences into engaging visual stories.
- Communicate Mahaya’s work in circularity, soil health, sustainability and rural development through creative content.
- Collaborate with Mahaya team members, internal teams and external marketing partners.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging and content quality.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, product launches and brand-building initiatives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with photography and videography, including smartphone-based content production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for design,



image generation and video production.
- Good understanding of visual composition, typography, colour and storytelling.
- Ability to independently shoot, edit and deliver content.
- Comfortable with regular field visits, outdoor shoots and occasional outstation travel.
- Strong creative judgement, initiative and attention to detail.

Good to Have

- Motion graphics and basic animation.
- Product photography and packaging design.
- Experience creating documentary-style or people-focused content.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Interest in agriculture, sustainability, rural innovation or social impact.

You don’t need years of agency experience or an impressive degree. Your portfolio, creativity, practical skills and willingness to get involved matter more.
