About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team for a real estate brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility and the ability to create visually appealing, premium-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and real estate project promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories, and reels covers for real estate projects.

Develop high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.

Create brochures, pamphlets, flyers, standees, hoardings, banners, and other print marketing materials.

Design project launch campaigns, property promotional creatives, festival creatives, and brand communication materials.

Work on branding elements, typography, layouts, colour schemes, and visual consistency.

Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creatives that support lead generation and campaign objectives.

Edit images, enhance property visuals, and create compelling layouts showcasing project amenities, location advantages, and key selling points.

Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.





Incorporate feedback and maintain consistency across all brand communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative design, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. Knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of social media design, digital advertising creatives, and print production.

Good knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to create premium, up-to-date, and conversion-focused marketing creatives.

Understanding of real estate branding, property promotions, and project marketing will be preferred.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work is mandatory.
