- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Resolve basic customer complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Eligibility

Criteria - Candidates must have completed 12th standard or be currently pursuing graduation.

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi are required.
