- Lead requirements workshops with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Identify integration touchpoints, source systems, data ownership, interface direction, frequency, and business dependencies.

- Prepare integration requirements and source-to-target mappings, including transformation rules, mandatory fields, validations, and reconciliation requirements.

- Define business requirements for interfaces covering suppliers, users, accounting data, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and payment status, as applicable.

- Work with Coupa consultants, ERP owners, and integration developers to resolve design gaps and clarify requirements.

- Define error-handling, exception-management, and reprocessing requirements with technical teams.

- Develop end-to-end SIT scenarios covering business workflows, interface failures, and exception handling.

- Coordinate defect triage, retesting, requirements traceability, and business sign-offs.

- Support cutover planning, integration readiness, go-live validation, and hypercare handover.
