We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Couple Coordinator to assist couples and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience throughout their event or stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and explain the consultation and treatment process.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors.
- Explain treatment procedures, timelines, and general instructions as directed by the medical team.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and treatment progress.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details.




- Address patient queries professionally and escalate medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
- Support patient counselling and treatment coordination, especially in fertility or IVF care, where applicable.
