Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to join our team at Progenesis IVF, Dhule. The candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting patients throughout their fertility journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding fertility treatments, procedures, and available services
- Handle patient queries and provide accurate information with sensitivity
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for patient case follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and support

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling (any domain preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Graduate in any field (Psychology / Healthcare background preferred)

Preferred Skills:

- Patient counselling experience in healthcare/IVF (added advantage)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
