We are looking for a knowledgeable and persuasive Counsellor to guide prospective students towards the right career path

JOB SUMMARY The Counsellor will be the first point of contact for students and parents, responsible for explaining course content, career scope and learning outcomes, and converting enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of creative and digital courses and the ability to explain them clearly and confidently to students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle walk-in, telephonic and online enquiries and counsel prospective students on suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, software, duration, fees, career opportunities and job roles in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation

. • Understand each student's background, interests and career goals, and recommend the right course accordingly.
- Conduct demo sessions, institute tours and counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into admissions to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions in CRM / Excel and share regular reports. • Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to keep updated on course content,



batches and schedules.
- Support social media and promotional campaigns, admission drives and events to generate quality leads. • Collect student feedback and ensure a positive experience from enquiry to enrolment.
- Represent the brand professionally and build a strong reputation for IRGB Technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Counsellor in an institute or training organisation (creative / IT / multimedia institute preferred).
- Positive working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Video Editing and Animation courses, tools and career paths

. • Ability to explain course concepts, software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, SEO, Social Media Marketing) and job prospects to students in a simple, convincing way.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and target-driven sales mindset

. • Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and lead-tracking tools.
- Graduate in any discipline; a background or certification in digital marketing, design or multimedia is an added advantage. PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Hands-on exposure to design, video editing or digital marketing tools (basic level).
- Confident, friendly and professional personality with strong listening skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and meet deadlines
