Job Summary: Counsellor cum Trainer

We are seeking a multilingual, target-driven Counsellor cum Trainer for an indoor desk role (no field work). You will handle student/agent counselling, B2C/B2B outreach, and manage our training department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counselling & Business Development (B2C & B2B): Make high-volume cold calls and follow-ups to students and agents to convert leads and meet daily targets from day one.
- Training Management: Lead the training department by teaching GDS Softwares to students and partner agents.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Highly target-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or GDS training (with certificate) is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
