Location: Guwahati, Assam

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

1. Job Purpose To analyze, monitor, and control the overall costs associated with tea procurement, processing, packaging, transportation, export, and import operations. The Cost Analyst will support management in pricing decisions, profitability analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization to improve the company's financial performance.

3. Educational Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

MBA in Finance, M.Com, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

4. Required Skills and Competencies

Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Understanding of export-import costing and international logistics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and cost-model preparation.

Experience in Tally 7.1
