Job Title: Cost Controller (Contractual Payroll)

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR

Position Type: Contractual Payroll

Remuneration: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Work Schedule: 9 Hours/day | 5 Days a Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Cost Controller to oversee financial controlling, project scheduling, and cost management for large-scale turnkey projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project budgets, monitoring cost vs. schedule performance, delivering timely financial reporting, and conducting forensic analysis to minimize financial risk and optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Cost Controlling & Financial Management:
- Direct and manage the cost control functions across large, complex turnkey projects.
- Establish baseline budgets, track project expenditures, and manage financial risk and cash flow.
- Conduct thorough cost variance analyses and forecasts to keep project stakeholders informed.
- Schedule & Performance Tracking:
- Evaluate cost and schedule performance against project baselines.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate financial objectives with project schedules.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting on all financial metrics, budget updates, and cost variance analyses.
- Prepare executive management dashboards and project progress reports within established timelines.
- Forensic Analysis & Risk Mitigation:




- Perform forensic analysis on complex turnkey project data to identify potential claims, cost overruns, and inefficiencies.
- Recommend actionable corrective measures to address budget deviations and performance gaps.

Educational Requirements

- Degree Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting, OR
- Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) supplemented with formal financial or business training.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

- Overall Experience: 8+ years of dedicated planning and cost management experience on large turnkey projects.
- Lead Experience: Proven track record as the Lead Planner on at least 2+ turnkey projects.
- Cost Controlling Track Record: Demonstrated experience providing direct cost controlling on at least 2+ large turnkey projects.
- Domain Expertise:
- Deep technical knowledge of cost control methodologies on large-scale, complex turnkey projects.
- Proven experience in forensic analysis and audit techniques within turnkey environments.
- Strong mastery of project scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and financial software tools.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
