- Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to identify areas of improvement in production costs.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as material usage, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of product costs, including raw materials, labor hours, and overhead expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in cost accounting or related field.
- Solid knowledge of product costing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using various software tools.
