WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

UAE Corporate Tax Compliance

Registrations, returns, computations, taxable income analysis, and client deliverables.

Research, issue analysis, advisory notes, and tax implications review.

UAE Transfer Pricing Compliance

Related-party review, connected-person analysis, disclosures, and regulatory documentation.

TP Documentation & Client Support

Functional analysis, benchmarking support, Local/Master File inputs, and review of financial data.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years PQE.




- Knowledge and past experience in Indian Income Tax and Transfer Pricing matters.
- Solid direct tax foundation, research ability, documentation skills, and related-party transaction understanding.
- Good drafting, analytical, communication, client coordination, and MS Office skills.

- Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax law, compliance framework, and filing requirements.

- Knowledge of UAE Transfer Pricing regulations, arm’s length principle, related-party/connected-person concepts, disclosures, and documentation expectations.
- Exposure to international tax, cross-border transactions, group structures, or Middle East tax matters.
