Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring CSR initiatives that align with SikhAid Charitable Trust’s mission and strategic priorities. This hybrid role is based in Bhubaneswar, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying community needs, designing CSR projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The CSR Manager will oversee program budgets, track impact metrics, prepare reports for leadership and donors, and maintain compliance with relevant CSR regulations and guidelines.



The role also involves fostering employee engagement in CSR activities, organizing volunteering programs, and communicating project outcomes through presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge, including CSR strategy development, program design, and familiarity with Indian CSR regulations.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including explicit written reporting, stakeholder communication, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including data collection, impact assessment, and the ability to draw insights for program improvement.
- Candidates should possess Employee Engagement capabilities, including designing and facilitating volunteer programs and internal CSR awareness initiatives.
- Relevant experience in non-profit, social impact, or CSR roles, preferably with community-based projects or development sector organizations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, work in a hybrid environment in Bhubaneswar, and travel to project locations as required.
