- Position: Corporate Trainer

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant civil engineering site experience
- Teaching Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory

? Roles & Responsibilities ? Technical Training & Knowledge Sharing

- Deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions on civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
- Train students in construction execution, structural work, finishing work, and day-to-day site activities.
- Explain technical concepts through real-life construction examples and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct hands-on sessions to help students understand the application of theoretical knowledge on site.

? Core Civil Engineering Training

- Provide training on Quantity Surveying (QS), Estimation, Billing, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
- Explain quantity calculations, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, material estimation, and measurement techniques.
- Guide students on reading structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction drawings.
- Train students in site supervision, quality control, construction methodology, and safety practices.

? Site Visits & Practical Exposure

- Organize and accompany students on construction site visits.
- Demonstrate actual construction activities, materials, equipment, and execution procedures.
- Explain site coordination, contractor management, material planning,



and quality inspection processes.
- Connect classroom learning with real-world construction challenges.

? Student Mentoring & Performance Monitoring

- Mentor students and fresh civil engineers to improve their technical and qualified skills.
- Conduct assignments, quizzes, practical assessments, and mock interviews.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor attendance, training progress, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Help students develop the confidence and practical skills required to work on construction sites.

? Training Planning & Reporting

- Prepare training schedules, practical activities, and session plans.
- Maintain attendance records, student performance reports, and assessment results.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Support continuous improvement in training quality and student learning outcomes.

- Civil Engineers with a minimum of 2+ years of practical construction site experience.
