Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Mangrul Pir.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their loan requirements, present suitable financial products, and guide them through the application process. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting consultations, explaining loan terms and conditions, coordinating with partner banks and NBFCs, and following up to ensure timely closure of deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities, meeting assigned sales targets,



and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Specialist will also participate in training sessions and share market feedback to help improve processes and offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support team development and effectively convey product knowledge.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of loan and banking products, with the ability to explain terms clearly.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Mangrul Pir and managing field or office-based sales activities.
- Candidates should have valuable interpersonal skills, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.
- Relevant experience in financial services or retail sales is beneficial; a degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
