Virkar Developers LLP is looking for a Corporate Lawyer who can navigate legal complexities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business decisions with sound legal expertise.

What you’ll own:

- Corporate legal matters, agreements, contracts and documentation
- Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- RERA-related matters and real estate documentation
- Liaisoning with government authorities, PMC and PCMC
- Legal research, risk assessment and dispute management
- Coordination with external legal counsel and consultants

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Robust knowledge of corporate and real estate laws
- Understanding of RERA and statutory compliance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive professional with strong ownership and attention to detail
