- Will be part of Central HR team, managing Corporate functions for entire life cycle (hire to retire).
- Build relationships with Vertical Heads & Regional HRs, support resolution to all people and business issues.
- Handling recruitment of Mid & Senior level positions via direct channels (Naukri, Referral other social platforms)
- Offer negotiation, Fitment processing and smooth on-boarding of candidates.
- Manage MIS on Headcount tracking reports, Hiring Trackers, HR processes etc
- Manage the entire Performance Management cycle – Goal Setting Exercise, Performance Appraisals, Mid-year Review, etc.
