Role Description

This is a revenue / equity share with no fixed salary currently, role for a BD / Sales professional (core founding team), however post funding, it may be salary based as well. The person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, leading sales efforts, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives. The role includes conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients.

Experience and understanding of the recruitment business (talent search, job boards or any other HR solutions) is needed along with decent qualified network with CHRO/CXO's in corporate & startup companies across domain & industries.

We are already a network of 50+ experienced recruiter partners and serving 250+ clients PAN India across IT & Non IT domain and looking forward to expand our team size as well as client base.
