Role Description The Coordinator for Hair Transplant Clinic (Part Time) at RefLyst AI will support a partner hair transplant clinic by managing patient inquiries, coordinating consultation schedules, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to prospective and existing patients via phone, email, or messaging platforms, explaining basic clinic processes, and guiding individuals through appointment booking and follow-up steps.

The coordinator will liaise with clinical staff to confirm availability, update patient statuses, and ensure smooth communication between the clinic and patients.



This is a part-time contract role and is fully remote, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work independently within agreed hours.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centered approach to support prospective and existing patients effectively.
- Clear, qualified communication skills for handling calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment, with the ability to handle sensitive inquiries.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and an understanding of basic concepts in medicine, especially related to hair restoration, is beneficial.
- Comfort using digital tools, scheduling software, and CRM or patient management systems.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks at once.
- Previous experience in a medical office, telehealth coordination, or similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
