Raywood Ruby Stone Exotic is looking for a skilled and creative Multi-Cuisine Chef to manage kitchen preparation and deliver consistent food quality across the restaurant menu.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, and other cuisines according to the restaurant menu and demonstrated expertise.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portion sizes, and food quality.
- Manage food preparation, cooking, plating, and timely order execution.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor ingredients, stock levels, food storage, and wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and service staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safe handling.
- Assist with menu planning, ingredient requirements, and cost control.
- Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and guest dietary requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef in a hotel, resort,
or restaurant is preferred.
- Good knowledge of multiple cuisines and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage food preparation during busy service periods.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Creativity, discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Candidates from Chamba and nearby areas who can commute daily are preferred.
