Responsibilities:

EnsuringOperations Maintenance of CPP (9*135 MW) and IPP (4*600 MW) units with100% PLF, 100% plant availability, and optimize APC SCC for CPP and IPPunits.

LeadStrategic Projects: Oversee OH/AOH/COH, infrastructure upgrades, and ESG-linkedconstruction (ash ponds, silos, ZLD).

MaximizeFly Ash Utilization: Increase DFA usage by 40%, ensure 100% sustainabledisposal, and streamline rake logistics.

DriveCost Efficiency: Meet power cost targets, eliminate EBITDA loss, and reduceGWC.

EnsureZero Harm: Drive zero fatality and LTI with 100% compliance to safety protocols(VSAP, CAPA, CRM, etc.).

EnhanceDigitalization: Implement 50% of digital projects (APC, dashboards, SPARK) andintegrate smart monitoring tools.

StrengthenESG Compliance:



Achieve zero environmental/legal non-compliance and meet ESGgoals as per plan.

ImproveOrganizational Metrics: Boost AO audit score, 5S audit score and QMS.

DevelopTalent Culture: Ensure 100% succession planning, reduce attrition, andincrease diversity to 12%.

FosterInnovation: Champion recent technologies like online sensors, fly ash bricks, andcontainerized DFA dispatch
