: Contracts Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer with solid expertise in contract management for high-rise residential construction projects of at least G+25 floors. The candidate will be responsible for contract administration, tendering, subcontractor management, commercial coordination, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end contract administration for high-rise residential construction projects.
- Prepare, review, and evaluate contracts, tenders, BOQs, and subcontractor agreements.
- Handle contract negotiations, rate analysis, and commercial terms with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Manage variations, extra items, deviation statements, and claims in coordination with project teams.
- Review running account (RA) bills, measurement sheets, and contractor payment documentation.




- Coordinate with planning, execution, QS, procurement, and finance teams to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain contract records, documentation, amendments, and correspondence.
- Identify contractual risks and support timely resolution of disputes and claims.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 6 years in contracts management within the construction/real estate industry.
- Project Experience: Mandatory experience in high-rise residential projects of at least G+25 floors.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, BOQ, tendering, billing, rate analysis, and variation management.
- Experience handling subcontractors, vendors, and construction-related commercial documentation.
- Good understanding of construction specifications, contractual terms, and project execution processes.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
