- Assist in preparing Continental dishes, including pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups, grilled items, and other menu preparations.

- Perform mise en place, including cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, and making basic sauces and dressings.

- Support Commis 1, DCDP, and CDP in daily kitchen operations.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.

- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of food ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out).

- Monitor ingredient availability and inform senior chefs about stock requirements.

- Minimize food wastage and ensure effective use of ingredients.

- Follow kitchen safety procedures and maintain clean and organized workstations.

- Assist in timely food preparation during service hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
