- Prepare ingredients and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, grilled chicken, and soups.
- Prepare vegetables, sauces, marinades, stocks, and other ingredients before service.
- Assist in preparing and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Support the DCDP and CDP in the smooth functioning of the Continental kitchen section.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Check ingredient availability, store food properly, and minimize wastage.
- Guide junior Commis Chefs or kitchen trainees when required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
